IT GROUP Analytics
IT GROUP Analytics is an analytics integration operated by IT GROUP. It connects a user's Google Analytics account with IT GROUP's analytics workflow so authorized website performance data can be viewed and analyzed for that user's websites.
Purpose
The application helps IT GROUP and its authorized clients analyze website traffic and performance using Google Analytics data. Access is requested only after the Google account holder starts the authorization flow and grants the requested permissions.
How it works
After authorization, IT GROUP Analytics uses Google APIs to retrieve the Google Analytics data permitted by the user. The data is used to prepare analytics, reporting and recommendations for the websites the user has authorized.
Google user data
Google user data is accessed only for the user-facing analytics functionality described on this page.
Access
The application accesses only Google data covered by the OAuth permissions presented on Google's consent screen.
Use
Authorized data is used to retrieve and analyze Google Analytics information and provide analytics reports, insights and recommendations to the authorized user or organization.
Storage and sharing
IT GROUP does not sell Google user data. Data is not used for advertising or for training generalized AI models. Access and processing are limited to providing and improving the analytics functionality requested by the user and to service providers necessary to operate that functionality, where applicable.
Transparency and control
Authorization is voluntary. Users can decline Google OAuth permissions or revoke previously granted access through their Google Account. IT GROUP Analytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
